Kevin and Mark recently renovated an apartment unit for me, they installed luxury vinyl planks out the kitchen cabinets, painted and did several other things. This project is one of several! I have trusted them with throughout the year. They are reliable, trustworthy and experienced. Important, they are nice guys & have always been a pleasure to deal with!!!Posted on Google Annie MontgomeryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kevin is the best painter. He is not only reliable and fast but has an eye for detail. When you meet him you will feel right away that he has an eye for design as well. He helps you with the right finishes to your paint colors and will be there for the process of your design choices. Kevin painted the interrior of my house in hudson and sanded and stained my floors to an original finish. He also painted the interrior or my salon in downtown hudson. He was amazing at helping with the salon. Painted the walls and the ceiling a perfect cream so the salon feels like soft hug. Kevin the best I recommend him for any paint job. Affordable efficient professional and lovely to be around.
FAQ
Call or text (518) 246-5513. Texting often gets the quickest response during the working day, since we are frequently on site and cannot always take a call. Email works too if you would rather send details and photos in one go.
Yes, and many customers prefer it. Text is ideal for sending photos of the area you want done, asking a quick question, or confirming a time. If the answer needs a proper conversation we will call you back rather than trade a dozen messages.
Roughly what you want done, how many rooms or which elevations, the approximate age of the house, and any known problems — peeling, damp, cracks, previous repairs. Photos help enormously. None of it is required, but it lets us give you a far more useful first conversation.
No. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. We would rather look at your surfaces properly and give you an accurate number than guess and revise it later, and if the honest answer is that the job is not worth doing yet, we will tell you that too.
Usually somewhere between twenty minutes and an hour, depending on size. We need to see the actual condition of the surfaces, measure, and talk through what you want. Rushing it is how contractors end up with surprises mid-job that turn into change orders.
We can give a rough range from good photos, which is useful for early budgeting. We will not commit to a fixed price that way. Photos hide exactly the things that change a quote — soft wood, failing caulk, previous coatings, hairline cracks — and a number based on them is not one you should rely on.
For interiors, yes — we need access and it is much easier to agree scope while standing in the room. For exteriors we can often assess the property without you present, then walk through the findings by phone. Either way you receive the estimate in writing.
We aim to respond the same day. During the busiest stretch of exterior season it can occasionally take a little longer, but you will hear from us. If you have not, chase us — messages do occasionally get lost and we would rather you called twice than assumed we were not interested.
Say so when you get in touch. Small urgent jobs — a repair before a viewing, a room before family arrive — can sometimes be fitted around larger projects. We will be honest about whether we can genuinely hit your date rather than promise it and let you down.
Most work happens on weekdays, but exterior season and customer schedules sometimes make weekend work sensible. If weekdays are impossible for you, raise it early and we will see what can be arranged rather than assume it is a problem.
